Refund Policy

There are No refunds on TFM Graphics custom made items or digital downloads. If an item is damaged or there are errors with your custom item, we will offer a store credit in the amount of the returned item once it has been shipped back to TFM Graphics & More. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

To start a return, please contact us at tfmgraphicsandmore@gmail.com.  You have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us about the damages item. Items sent without notice will not be accepted for a return. You can always contact us for any return question at tfmgraphicsandmore@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions /non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds, only credit.

Discount Codes

You must apply discount code at check out. If you forget to apply discount code, we can't alter the amount to reflect the discount code. TFM Graphics & More reserves the right to modify or cancel a promotion at any time without notice. Sales tax, shipping & handling do not qualify for discount. No rain checks issued. Other restrictions may apply.

Giveaways

You have 24 hours to respond to the email about your giveaway or you will be forfeit and the prize will be given to the next winner.
